Yes it's pretty normal in an enclosure, but it should be stuck to the walls not curled up

Good morning everyone, I have just embarked on swapping out the speakers on my 02 sub and have come across the insulation blanket inside the speaker case. Is this the norm? Just like to hear your views on it before I button it back up.
