yes it happens when both hot and cold and yes no lights on instrument cluster and interior lights go off aswell as failure to crank

hi there guys does anyone have an idea what is wrong with my td5 every now and then i lose all electrical power when i turn the ignition on then give it 5 mins and it sometimes comes bk any help would be great stuart

Well you are a god ratty the intercooler pipe is fubared now just need to track one down that's cheap lol

i took the pipes off that go from the air filter to the turbo didnt check any other pipes though

where are the intercoller pipes please and i will check them tommorow

yea i checked all of that and no bits in turbo that i could see and all pipes looked in tact to me

well a quick update for you i manged to get home and got a new air filter today cleaned everything out put new air filter on and she ran lovely went to take her round the block and then the same thing happened again a friend thinks its not getting enough air was just wondering what you guys...
