I had a similar problem, it turned out to be the door card was not fitted correctly. Inside the top corner near the manual door lock is a plate that needed to be hooked onto the door its a bit of a fiddle but if you take the card off and have a look you will see what I mean.

Just got my first 2.5 dhse and impressed with the comfort but not the MPG I'm getting 19 mpg back and too work. Not been on a decent run yet. I was told this has been chipped but not sure what that is supposed to mean, can any one enlighten me.
