    Hi Folks. Just after some advice..I have a 110 Hi cap td5 2001 and it really struggles after 55mph and gets very noisy through the transmission.. Does the Hi cap have a different gear ratio from normal td5s? Is it possible to put a 300tdi disco gearbox into a defender and would it help with road...

    HI FOLKS WONDER IF SOMEONE CAN HELP.. I RECENTLY BOUGHT A 2001 TD5 HI CAP AND WHEN IT GETS UP TO ABOUT 55MPH IT REALLY STARTS TO WHINE THROUGH THE TRANSMISSION AND FEELS LIKE IT WILL EXPLODE IF I GO ANY FASTER.. I DRIVE 110S FOR WORK AND YOU CAN PUSH THEM UP TO MOTORWAY SPEEDS.. DO THE HIGH CAPS...
