Found out that it was the mass air sensor that packed in..

Good evening I have a 2002 range rover vogue, I was stool behind a tractor this afternoon so when I stuck my foot down to over take it, the engine fail safe kicked in and the engine packed in on me.. I switched the engine off then turned it back over, started ok and no faults on my dash but...

I did take the connections off the DSP gave them a clean and put them back but that was all. I'll have a look at the rest later today.. Thanks

Are these repairable do you know?? I'm saying its broke but one minute it's working and there's sound then the sound will just go off and the DSP will go from the screen then a few minutes later it'll all come back.. then there's days like today when there's nothing at all.

morning Saint I've looked there, there's one on for £500 second hand, not sure what sort of money they are new but this was definitely not, bit sceptical in buying a second hand one..

I've got the 4.4 V8 Vogue HSE

Hi Has anyone had any problems with there stereo volume?? The last couple of days I've been having problems with the sound, one minute it's working the next minute there's no sound. The stereo is the one with the Sat Nav/TV built in. Thanks Steven
