Hi no I'm not getting 12v to the glow plugs either just 12v to one side of the relay

Hi people I'm new to discovery's but very happy now I own one the only problem that's confusing me is that the glowplugs won't work so far I've replaced the relay and checked all fuses....now I'm U sure if theirs another delay im missing or what the relay has got a perminate 12v to it, but...
