I took off my overdrive today can anyone tell me if this looks worn ? I have no diagrams as to what this should look like but my overdrive is squealing Thankyou Nick
It looks like it has a welded nut other side of bolt, on mine I think it’s a loose nut.
If you take tunnel cover off you will see a lot better ( main gear stick and both floors out/ loosened

On my second go I riveted the cross members to floor and they sit on the chassis top on rubber cushions.

you might have a local supplier who can cut it but heres an online one who cut it to your requirements
Welcome to Landyzone, you could try slacking off the nut on each injector in turn and see if the knocking stops which could be caused by faulty spray pattern on injector , have you series or parallel heater plugs and are these ok , perhaps you...
Just a quick update on this. I went over the basics and it was a combination of a broken heater plug and dodgy wiring. not allowing a good connection. New glow plugs and relay and it is starting as it should.
