    It looks like it has a welded nut other side of bolt, on mine I think it’s a loose nut. If you take tunnel cover off you will see a lot better ( main gear stick and both floors out/ loosened

    the little U slots near door was drilled then hacksawed out and filed neat and sealed with some car body sealer

    Welcome to Landyzone, you could try slacking off the nut on each injector in turn and see if the knocking stops which could be caused by faulty spray pattern on injector , have you series or parallel heater plugs and are these ok , perhaps you...

    Just a quick update on this. I went over the basics and it was a combination of a broken heater plug and dodgy wiring. not allowing a good connection. New glow plugs and relay and it is starting as it should.

    Anything catching on prop as you driving , does it increase with revs or speed

    Did you get any air out during bleeding, Have you checked heater plugs working and stop solenoid if it has one
