cheers nodge thats why i want to remove the fuse, when it had its m.o.t someone must have pressed the switch to open it & i had a right job shutting it back down,i think it was pressed wrongly to get the tailgate window up. thanks for the info.:D.

hi all im having bother finding the above fuse,dont know which fusebox its in, or is it a multi-fuse for windows as well,any help appreciated,my old eyes cant make out all the symbols on the lids.cheers stan.

yes you can buy inner & outer sill panels,not too expensive either,i did mine on the disco 300tdi,got them off of fleabay pretty easy job, if you get some welded on dont put the plastic trim back on it only causes rust where the pins (plastic) slot through to hold them on,SRS light is NOT an mot...

thanks peter got the correct coolant in,also previosly to him cleaning out the system the feedback needle flowed ok at first but then slowed to a drizzle,this has now been rectified all seems well. thermostat is ok. thanks for the reply. regards stan.:).

hi mate,good idea thanks, mechanic said same but on checking rad,hoses & all coolant parts he was convinced it was an air blockage in the system, also no gunk in oil filler or oil cap,he cleaned out all hoses rad n coolant top up tank drove it about a fair bit & it didnt show any signs of the...

hi all got a blockage in the cooling system,the top hose from rad had expanded like a balloon, when i took coolant cap off & squezzed hose there seems to be air in the system,whats the best plan of action please,going on holiday friday & would like to rectify first. regards to all stan.

i suppose it depends on the m.o.t tester,if it passes i think it will be down as an advisory. i hope it passes for you mate.
