The Battery terminals are tight checked them yesterday. The car had been sat with a flat battery before the new engine was fitted chances are that with being moved around the garage a couple of times and never really taken for a run any charge that was put in to the battery has been drained...

Help please!!! I have just had to take the front prop shaft off my 300 tdi Disco in my work car park. Now I can't get the diff locked to move the car. The selector lever is refusing to move over to the left to engage the diff lock. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreiciated...

No it is not the turbo whine, that is still audible separatly. Squint

I had the same problem with my 300 tdi, no discernable difference to either power or noise. On the other hand I have a new noise just started from the front starts about 2500 rpm and is only apparent under load. Any ideas?? Cheers Squint

The new Panda 4X4 or the old 2CV safari the twin engined thing. Had an engine in the front for the front axle and another engine in the boot for the rear axle.
