    Struggling to get 1st & 2nd Gear

    Any Ideas. I bought a 1981 series 111 at the weekend, and allthough i thought the gearbox was tight, when it gets warm i cant find 1st & second gear. Is it possible to adjust the gate positions, or is it more likely a lemon of a box????? Thanks
