Indeed I do have a multimeter. I'll check the voltage coming in to the panel but i guess i assumed that if the light did indeed light up then there was power coming in to the switchpack. Where else should I test? Also, i did check the connections under the seat as well. Do you know which one...

hahaha :) thankfully i have a sense of humor dude. i've actually done that. I try to pay attention to all the noises in the car as quirky as that seems. I think you know what i mean when i say that the car can sometimes "talk" to you or give you hints as to what the deal is. No noises though...

So you think by resetting the computer it may just work? i'll go outside now and try it and let you know how it goes. i do hope it works! i'm struggling with this thing and i tell ya going to shops and being a female and even insinuating that i might know a teenie weenie bit about my truck...

my windows aren't "chattering" they aren't doing anything at all actually lol! still i've not found a solution either - maybe the switchpack i bought is a bad as well. sondee

I have the same problem. The switch pack did light up but the windows still did not work. bought a used switch pack and that one doesn't work either. do you think it still may be the switch pack? or is there something else i can do or test? sondee
