I may have to re-think my entire solution.
Right now, the mats do the job to keep the noise down, but if I can't get replacements, I will need to find an alternative --preferably something that doesn't hold the water in.
It may be time to pull out the dash and sound dampen the whole bulkhead...

Ok, so the hardura is an aftermarket alternative to genuine LR parts? The mats I took out of the footwells definitely had the closed-cell foam you mention -- but I don't see that on the hardura. Is the standard replacement to throw down silent coat (or some noise insulation) and then stick...

I have looked everywhere to find a replacement for these insulation pads for the footwells of my '96 D90, but I don't even know what term I should be searching. I found a similar post from a different forum with no resolution. They are definitely manufactured and not DIY, but I have no idea...

Now I recognize my mistake. I was using hi-cap and pickup interchangeably, not realizing that a hi-cap was actually a variant of the pickup. So if I have a a smooth side tub with arches, I need to be looking for a regular pickup cab -- which should bolt right up to the standard pickup bed...

If the 110 only has 2-door, then it is the hi-cap tub correct? I can't imagine there are that many different tubs...hicap and csw?
