Hi Flossie, I’m being so dumb as I didn’t realise that yes there is a spring on that ignition switch and finally I have leaned it now how to use it. It does allow me to twist the key to spring and glow plug light come on. Thanks for your help you are a star 😇

Hi folks Could someone please explain in plain English that what does that +90 means? Does that bolt needs to turn further 90 degrees manually? Or that 27mm bolt needs to be tightened to 80 Nm first then once again tighten to 90 Nm? Thanks

Hi mate my 300tdi is making the whining noise on heavy load or high rev too. Recently I have renewed the Manifold gasket and pulled the turbo slight off without taking off the exhaust, maybe it might have disturbed its seal. Do you have any pictures about that flang you are talking about?

Hi yes it’s pre Tdi model. It only has one position to switch on the ignition then on the further turn it starts the engine. Please advise what would the best way forward
