Hi have installed a auxiliary battery and standalone Glow plug relay with another timer relay. A thick 12v live and negative cables from the Auxiliary battery.

Would it require a new ignition switch and/or barrel to install the glow plugs on a relay ? Any idea if the existing spring action ignition switch has any timer on it for Glow plugs?

That thick brown Glow plug wire on the bulk head, comes out with main wiring loom. I will take a picture behind the speedo/dash and will post it here today.

Hi I blanked off rear brake brake line from MC and straight away brake peddle becomes stronger not sinking anymore so the rear brakes G-Valve is faulty part number NRC8215.
Now the trouble is it’s not available any longer. What would be the alternative to this G-Valve please?

Hi I have just took the MC out and measured the inside seat depth where the push rod hits. It’s exactly the same as the old MC. I have refitted the MC and bleed the brakes. Brakes are still soft and brakes locks about 2 inches away from foot rest. Not sure what to do. 😢

Hi I think it had the brake disc conversion by previous owner. Master cylinder is old type with only 2 brake pipes connection. Size and shape of the Master cylinder's looks the same and it fitted without any problem. But I don't know if MC is for Brake drums or for rear discs. I was about to...
