thanks for all your help got cci off e bay for £27 10 mins to fit and back not life apart from the remote locking will have to get it coded .

if i change the ccu at the back of the fusebox will it have to be paired to the ecu .i think I'm getting over my head here but land rover charge £450 for a ccu but on e bay its £40 so have to give it a go .

pressing the switch inside nothing happens , its a 5 door , remote not working ..i have to lock each door from the inside then lock the drivers with the key .switchs for tailgate not working . can not think of what it is .

things that are not working are . back door , back window , central locking , have checked all the relays and thay are ok.

just had a look online look like the ccu has this got to be coded to my car if i got one off e bay

just got myself a 2002 td4 but the back door and central locking not working .any help would be great .

I have a td5 with 214000 on it .I was think of terraclean has anyone had it done.:flame:

yes its rust free looks like been waxed

runs fine its the 2.5 .its had the airbags taken out and springs in .

im new to land rover .I have just got myself td5 auto 1999 it has done 214000 miles but it has got fsh. have I done the right thing with getting it with that mileage. :eek:
