oldie but a goodie - stolen RRC

I know it's old , but I love the commentary and story about the stolen Classic that doesn't stop (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mNFpRRYO65A) And she gets a new Rover for free afterwards!!

    Range Rover - Porsche dilemma

ahhh, see I'm across the pond where roads are amenable to speed and gas is cheap. I've driven your roads before though, would love to have been in a 6-speed coupe winding up the A487 ;)

    Range Rover - Porsche dilemma

I agree about the 928, a V8 beast would be nice. Finding a manual 928 is about as rare as a turbo 968 though. And prices for anything later model than an '88 or '89 are holding high. If the 968 happened, maybe I could one day turbo it and boost BHP to a respectable amount and still get...

    Range Rover - Porsche dilemma

Good questions...a couple of reasons why I lean to the 951 or 968. Cost is the big one, you can source them rather inexpensively still and find parts. Also I've always been a big fan of the front engine 50/50 weight distribution. Most importantly, they're far less common than a 911. Like our...

    Range Rover - Porsche dilemma

admittedly, this is about as stupidly ridiculous as 1st world problems can get...but curious as to the forum's thoughts. I have 2 Range Rovers, an '05 HSE and '95 Classic 25th anniv ed. I am considering trading one for a '92 Porsche 968 coupe. With 2 trucks that serve the same purpose...

EAS Issues - ECU fault & ride height selector lights out

let my whole experience be a lesson to all of you!! geez, what started out as a simple hose connector leak turned into a 4 week ordeal whereby I removed, installed, removed, installed the strut twice, and pulled the fender well back at least 18 times, installed a defective strut that was...

:) you mean in that picture with the soap bubbles? that's the inline air hose connector that's behind the right front fender well...LR put it there after relocating the crosslink valve to the undercarriage.

EAS Issues - ECU fault & ride height selector lights out

UPDATE: Another freakin' leak!!!!!! 5 days after getting it all squared away, no problems. Then I park in the garage and I hear pssssssssssssttttttt from the left front. Pulled the wheel off and the "new" (i.e. new from Arnott's refurbished stock) is leaking around the bag juncture seal...
