You need the rim width("J" measurement) to work out how wide the tyre can be. I run 265's on an 8.5J (8.5 iinches wide, between rims)

I've got 265/75 on mine with a 3" lift. The arches needed cutting, if yours is a 5 door (300Tdi = 5 door!) that also means cutting the rear doors as well, allow £200 for a set of fibreglass arches, plus fitting if your not up to it. Fitting is a days work at least. The wheels will rub...
