Problem solved by an auto electrician, severed wire found & repaired, dodgy wiring bypass removed, all is well :-)

Yep ive noticed that fuel is lasting a lot longer, however ive got an allisport intercooler, EGR blank and de-cat so couldn't comment on just the fuel pump mod alone

Turbo Dynamics - Design & manufacture of turbo's for all applications It seems their website has changed, anyhow a 300tdi uprated turbo was just under £600 inc. VAT and exchange for your old turbo.

I've experienced an uprated turbo from Turbo Dynamics in the past and would definitely recommend them, a standard looking turbo with modified internals is easy to fit and Mr Insurance man wouldn't know the difference ;)

The aircon button also seems to do nothing, i dont want to pay to re-gas it, if you guys think this may be something to do with the wiring? Also before i shell out for one - is an auto electrician going to be able to get the loom connection working? or would i need to provide wiring diagrams...

Thanks, the purple and black wires are where the spade connectors are in place of the connector So from the diagram there is a wire going to the resistor and one going to the relay? is that right... (both got spade connectors on the outer most connections if that helps) What does this...
