That's a good result, on my old Puma I had the same but ended up chasing gremlins for 12 months, the problem with the Pumas is the Engine, you either get a good one or one that's plagued with problems.

my Defender 300tdi tipper has puma doors which I really like. but there are expensive.

i have changed them on most Defenders but have just done my Puma and tbh i thought it was the easiest of them all, reason being everything just unplugs. when i did my 300tdi all the wiring was in a right birds nests and took me ages to put it all back as it soon be.

Yes that’s the plan, will go for a galv chassis as my view is it future proofs it. Plus I will never sell her. The trucks totally standard really so worth I think a complete rebuild when I do the chassis.
