    Took about 6 weeks for the bruising to disappear. Yes, I reckon I was quite lucky, I could open my door and get out. The guy in the Evoque had to have his door removed by the Fire Brigade to get him out.

    Tonights fun was removing the vcu and propshafts, the bolts holding the propshafts to the IRD and Rear Diff were easy enough to get out, but the screws holding the carrier bearings to the chassis were a bit of a problem. Got the first one I tried out eventually, the second one I tried sheared...

    I think so Nodge, mind you it has done just over 120k, so it's not surprising. I'll get a set of carrier bearings too, as there is a fair bit of movement up and down if I push up on the propshafts
