Hi I'm having trouble selecting 4th gear from 5th I thought it might of been a broken bias plate or springs but it looks like the previous owner has replaced it so am I right in thinking it can be adjusted if so how? I guess the tin box with the screws in has to be removed to access the plate...

Thanks looks like someone has already put spade connectors on but I will change them I've tried disconnecting the relay to for the dim dip but same again the drivers very weak dipped beam went off
