Sounds like air might be getting into the fuel line, try bleeding the fuel system using the bleed sequence before starting, likely leak point may be at fuel pump connections. I do not know if the 2.2 bleed sequence is the same as the TD5 (IGNITION ON PRESS THROTTLE TO FLOOR 5 TIMES)

I can vouch for that too.

There be air trapped in the ABS module and may need to have this bled out, may need a Nanocom to do it.

I wish I had 4 gallon left after doing 300 miles, 300 miles is about average on my TD5, to the point of low fuel light coming on.

I used a few layers of number plate adhesive pads. With packing as required.

It would be great for someone who has a diesel heater, it would be great fuel.
