    2.5 NA conversion???

    I have a North America '96 Discovery SD with R380 4.0. My question is this; I found a 2.5 NA out '88 Defender (for cheap), is it a direct fit after changing bell house, Input shaft and slave cylinder rod? Will there be any gearing issues from the petro to diesel?
