Quick update on this. Had the injectors tested an no3 didn’t give a reading. They ran leak back test after and no3 is knackered and no1 not much better. Hopefully replacing them will solve the cold starting issue. Would you suggest replacing all...

Had the issue last few days when the temperature was above 5c so the glow plugs wouldn’t even be on. Will get a leak off kit and test the injectors
