Yep... fuel pressure seems good at the regulator. Can't specifically test it, but it spurted a fair way. When I took the injectors out to do the seals again there was diesel in the cylinder head and around the injectors, so I gather it's getting through. Just not sure of the pressure...

Ratty. Have done all as you say - with no luck at all. Took it all apart and did it all again. The pump now sounds quite loud (I think "squeals" kinda best describes the sound) for the first couple of seconds during each prime then a quiet hum..... I did as another guy said on an aussie forum...
