Fitting the old lock into the new handle was a pain. It was very tight and had to use a dremel to enlarge the hole

Hi all, very quick yes or no question about my Freelander V6. To change the rear 3 spark plugs without removing the inlet manifold. Would removing the bonnet make it easier?:)
