Checked the levels, everything is right where it should be. Oil is a bit dirty so will change it out and see if it makes a difference. Last change was about 3k miles ago.
Tyres are in great shape (new this year) and alignment is good - doesn't pull in any way.

UPDATE:
When plugged into the computer, it gets error code:
P0579-29 "Speed Control malfunction"
We replaced the clock spring with one from another '09. That made the error go away and got the cc working again! I was driving home happily and all of a sudden, cc turned on by itself again and...

Update: It's in the dealer's hands. Plugged it in and got an error code connected to the cruise control (no surprise). Waiting on complete diagnosis...
