Thanks for all the replies folks !!!!! Unfortunately, not under warranty and bought private. The display in miles can be read, but some of the chars are a bit misshaped or feint. Is the dash easy to come out, or can it ba tackled from below the dash ?

Hi there folks, wonder if anyone can possibly help/advise. The mileometer on our "newly purchased" Freelander has started to have mis-shaped digits on it. It perhaps would look like a digital watch when the battery is going soft. On occasion it looks fine then it will go bad again - any ideas ?
