only thing to do is drain oil on diff, and inspects the oil for metal bits... and then most prob have a "specialist" take the diff apart and inspect whats goin on inside thts chewing up the shafts...

1.3bar boost is also a bit high IMO... like mentioned above, make sure you are able to read EGT numbers before tweaking around..especially on the fueling you might just blow up the whole thing. hope you come right.

sound very weird... is the airbox attached to the motor intake at all at this stage? sounds like the truck might be a mix `n match of different parts?

i have heard so yes.... apparently there is a recon kit for the replacement of the tips.

perhaps the fuel pickup inside the tank is blocked, or tank dirty, or fuel lines buggred(letting air in), or fuel pickup coroded through and letting air in, or lift pump not workin 100%, or or or or or ;-) there are a lot of factors.. driving a 200tdi myself, and i know the pains...

hehehe, then turn it out anyways ;-) lol.... my fuel consumption is much better after the tuning had been done. ill replace all my intercooler piping at a later stage and hope to reach 1bar boost. in order to turn the power screw in a bit more. hope you come right.

hmmm perhaps you turned the "power screww" in too much? i managed 1full turn and the smoke isnt too bad , performance is great and the fuel consuption is much better. perhaps turn the power screw out half a turn , take it for a drive.. check the smoke levels and turn out more if the smoke is...
