Where to start? First off Removed old power steering box on my 200tdi 110, and proceeded to replace it with a lovely reconditioned one i bought from a mate for much cheepness, only to find that the flow pipe from the pump had a male end just ever so slightly larger than the hole it has to go in...

flushed and bleed the clutch and all is well. cheers folks

Hi James, with new clutch kit and thrust bearing on a reconditioned lt77 gearbox driven by a 1993 200tdi defender how do you adjust the pedal as it is right to the floor to work nearly? can it be done by bleeding? it works but crunches and just feels to low on the pedal? cheers
