did it drive ok in 2nd gear ! Try it in low top gear if it drives ok it'll def be gearbox shagged if it don't could still be gearbox prob but more likely back axle shagged !

Morning SpenB Stuck a disco 230 in me old 90 last week not getting any whining or strange noises from that seems quieter than the old box. :D Did he put any new bearings in ! ! ! :doh: i put new intermediate gear bearings in the old ones seemed to have taken a fair old bashing ! ! ! So far...

Had to have me box out t'other day, gone belly up ! :doh: Anyway pulled thrust bearing out for inspection to find it was **** part! ! !:mad: that some tight knob :D:D:D had put in 8 years ago! was still goin round sort of just ! Ain't put a **** part one back in though !:)
