hi im not sure . front windows work fine it just the rear . where are the window relays and ecu located? do you think 1 of these would be the problem?

hi all am new to forum . i have just bought a 1995 range rover soft dash classic and the rear elec windows dont work there is power at the fuse box and the motors work any ideas? thanks :)
