Any ideas on what is causing overheating in 1996 defender 90 tdi 300, it’s usually ok for 20minutes but then will shoot up from 60 degrees to 110 in a matter of seconds (or by doing more than 40mph). I have checked for coolant leaks which seems to be fine.

Managed to lose my airpod down the seatbelt hole in back seats. I am looking for help in removing the rear back seat so I can retrieve it.. any thoughts/ideas/help? Range Rover Sport 2016
