Thanks Taffy, I had the switch out and apart today, cleaned it up etc hoping would be this but not the case. Hot air comes through the vents when driving along just fans are completetely dead, but worked intermittent for last 18 months. Do you know where i cam find the relays?

Hi does anyone have a PDF workshop manual for a 200tdi. The heater is not working on either 1-3, i have stripped the switch and cleaned it up, still not working. I can't find the relays etc and want to know how much of the dash i need to strip out. Thanks.

I gave an 87 vogue with a 300TDI conversion. The found the EGR was not hooked up properly so not recirculating. Following advice from a friend i shortened the pipe and blanked it off, is this going to cause me a problem?

Had the same with my V8. If your playing in deep water and mud, would recommend wading kit if you don't already have one. Sound's like the half shaft seal has gone, they are only a couple of quid and dead easy to replace, the diff fills with water or the breather blocks up with s**t and pressure...
