Bought a Disco 2 facelift. Despite having new MOT it needed new power steering box new discs and calipers new caliper hangers and drop links. Drivers seat needs re upholstering and a few minor paint blemishes need sorting. Biggest issue is power. It crawls up hills. What do I need to look at...

The beast is dying and it needs some serious intervention , replace auto box and transfer box, any one up for the job? I cant do it myself (having lost a fight with 360 tons of steel some time ago ) but hate to put it into a main dealer when I could pay someone else who likes doing...

Just picked up from someone elses thread.... didnt know you could get an uprated turbo , mine is more or less dead anyway so has to be replaced (Garret on a 300tdi disco 1) so what do you uprate it to? Thanks
