    Hi Thanks for replying I have removed the locks and they seem to be riveted together so I imagine they need drilling out to change the barrels could that be the case. regards Bob

    Hi R-RS - I have to admit to being a little 'duh' myself - as I have done exactly the same thing - purchased a set of 3 locks and keys - only to experience the same problem as you. I am wondering if you managed to solve your problem, and if so 'how'???
