Hi all this pump runs somtimes continually with ignition on, then it will run for a minute and then less but never for just 5 to 6 seconds to prime system. About a week ago we changed the fuel filter we have checked it again to make sure everything is correct. it ran fine for a few days...

Hi All We have Freelander 2003/04 which has only one fuel pump under rhr wheel arch the question is should this pump when igniton switched on run continuously or should it cut out after a few seconds until you turn key to starter motor position and the engine runs thanks in advance PhillW
