Does anyone know how to remove the centre mounted glove pocket [where the sat nav would fit] as I want to run a power cable up to the back of it to supply my Garmin without wires hanging all over the place.

I want to set my Garmin into the centre dash pocket of my Freelander 2 [where an oe satnav would live] and have worked out how to do it. I need to remove the pocket so I can route the power cable behind it. Does anyone know how to get it out please?

Surprisingly the S-type is not too bad. The XK is a bit skittish though. I have owned a very early Range Rover at one point and have been driven in Freelanders and Discoverys but not current Range Rover. The idea is to get a bit of a 'feel' for them so that I have a little bit of knowledge...
