Don't bother with a new one. Go to plumbers or builders merchant and buy "Flashband" it is like tin foil with tar on. Cut it and mould it to your frayed and rusted case, warm it so it sticks and it will provide the air tight cover you need. You also have the advantage it will never rust again...
