Eventually resolved the issue. Took it to LR dealer. Discovered that there was a problem with a tube to the Turbo. Hence insufficient power or kick down but sufficient not to show problem under easy driving !

The problem was worse before oil change. Don't know about the oil - he didn't mention anything specific and I don't know what he did during change. My additional problem is that I live in rural spain and the technicalities of this are too much for my Spanish!! Aaargh. I can drive to an English...
