Or just put it on ebay as a classified ad. Think they charge £15 for a months advertising.

Looks good, I'd also like to know where you got the insulation as I think I've gotta redo the roof on my 90 sometime. Just use contact adhesive with it?

Went to Halfords yesterday to get a new bulb for a spotlight to find out they've been reduced to £1. It seems to be on all bosch branded ones, xenon, blue and all weather flavours. I only enquired about H3 bulbs so not sure if its on other types too.
If any of you guys use em you might want to...

Yea which is why I'm a bit dubious, I'll wait and see if there's a change in price once he sees the diagram

I emailed Dinitrol and they sent me back a comprehensive guide and also an access diagram for a 110. I also phoned a few of the treatment centres listed on their site, the closest one to me quoted £150+vat, which seems like a massive bargain, considering the kit would cost me £120 to buy myself...

I've got a 1984 200tdi and use it everyday but I only commute about 30 miles. It's great fun to drive and really turns heads, more than a car costing 20 times as much.
I changed the clutch recently to a valeo 130 HD and I was expecting a heater pedal but its light and gear changes are smooth...

Cheers for that, I thought there was already access points though as I remember seeing a diagram for it. If no one has it I'll contact dinitrol direct and see what they have.

Hey all, just thinking about rust proofing the 90 with dinitrol and remember seeing an access diagram a while ago but I can't find it now. Had a good search on google as well and can't find one there either. Anyone have a link?

Cheers buddy, it definitely seems they need more psi! The garage that fitted them inflated to 32psi so I assumed that was correct, whats that they say about assumption being the mother of all @#$ ups. I'm sure it could do with an expert eye going over it as well so I'll get av second opinionb...

Awesome, I'm in stroud myself. Any evening in particular good for you?
-
Yea true, time for a second opinion I think. That's why I need a specialist in the Gloucestershire area. I'm considering putting it back to standard height as well, I'm guessing that'll improve road handling?
-
Yup, all looked fine to me and a local garage has had a once over everything as well...all looks good.
-
Ah yea, forgot to mention those. 235/85/16's, bfg at's and 32psi all around I think.

Hey all, I'm after a bit of advice. I've got a 1984 200tdi and it feels very unstable on the motorway, driving above 50mph is very twitchy, the steering is very light and it feels like I'm being blown all over the place.
It's had a 2" lift and has HD bearmach springs and tuffback shocks. I...

Thanks for the replies guys. I had looked at the hammerite smooth and they claim it can be applied directly to rust, wasn't too sure on that though. Removing the axles for a paint job might be a bit more work than I was hoping for so ill have a look under and see if I can get everywhere with a...
