Somersetsparks, can't see it being glowplugs, surely these only work to start the engine? Seems strange that we both followed the same route with the same result so it must be a problem relating to the missmatch ie engine/ecu.

Hi I read this with interest as earlier this year I did exactly the same with exactly the same results. ie older Engine and no intercooler temp sensor cabling present, car smokes quite a bit and is a little lumpy around 2000-2500rpm. Did this every get resolved and if so what was the solution...
