we went on holiday with the caravan on behind, no problem, but when we got home itook the van off and found a nail in the tyre, and then i thought if it had gone down on route with van on behind iwould have put on space saver and been restricted to 40 and then have gone straight to tyre fitters...

Like many of you i have been out in the snow and ice. I would like to know the best Method of control when you loose traction up hill on ice,and start going backwards, i was trained to put it in reverse,feet off pedals,so you can steer, but is this the best way????? Thankou.

Stratstones, under an extended land rover warranty have found the rear windscreen to be at fault, and changed it. Thanks every one who sent me ideas to think about!!!!

Thank you Mapster - your reply was very interesting!! We do not use the sat nav as the norm perhaps it would be a good idea to keep ours on constantly to see if we have the same problem. The rear demister is causing interferance with the radio so Stratstones have fitted some filters. That...

Td4van. Re sat nav & radio problem.. Warranty runs out in May.Stratstones are the dealers, in Cheltenham. They could find nothing Wrong, but cleaned the CD saying it could be that? Cheers Paul.
