Looking for a facelift freelander fog light cover, Anyone!?!!

I'm going to embark on changing my commercial to a car and was wondering if the 5 door rear seats fit the 3 door model. A lot of 5 door rear seats for sale but not many 3 door hence the query. Thanks.
