Take a look at your air filter dirty blocked filter clean/ replace. Then if that is ok look to see if you are getting good flow of fuel to jets. If poor fuel at pump check / replace fuel filter. Lastly chek air management unit

A plate was welded to the rear of the body work to that plate was welded two nuts. the bolt was screwed to the nuts securing the parts together. the bolt can still be removed if I required it to be parted... Well all I can say is this ....... I have no more problems when reversing my motor...

Some of the NEWER turbo's have a riveted plate on them however most just had a flat plate as part of the original casting process . If you have the flat plate type all the info has been etched into the Aluminium, the best way to see this is to get something like wire wool and put some WD40 on...
