Hello. I replaced both circuit boards at the weekend and it resolved the problem😌 - no more fog lights flickering on and off. The tail lights still flicker slightly but I can live with that. Thank you all for your advice and support👍

I have contacted the company (Powerful) and let's see what they come up with.

The conversation kit is exactly the same as my kit.

I exposed the 'circuit board'' - it feeds the brake, tail and fog lights. Couldn't find any obvious loose wires etc.

Thank you all for your advice. I'll have a look beneath the tape and see what's cooking. Will get an auto electrician eventually to return the lighting back to good old tungsten bulbs.
