I have used professional bio diesel. Had to pay for a set of injectors. NEVER again.
-
That's good enough for me. Thanks again Nodge.

Sorry, I'm wrong, they may look alike but they're fitted differently.
If you look at http://www.paddockspares.com/downloads/STC50413_vr1.pdf You'll see that this one fastens under the bonnet. The Land Rover STC930 is fastened through the bumper. That could be the reason they say it's not...
-
As always, thanks again :)
-
Sorry, should have said. Mine's a 2001 TD4.
Also, is STC50413 the same? That may be the one that I've seen fitted to a TD4.
They do look identical.
-
I've seen this fitted to TD4's in pictures. In the Rimmer's catalogue it says that not suitable for TD4 or V6.
Is this correct, If so, does anyone know why this is, please?
-
If you're lucky you may find someone who will say that they can do one for less. However, if you want one from my local LR dealer, the price above stands. And no, I'm not laughing.

New brake light switch fitted, thanks for the advice Nodge
-
Spot on, will be fixed today.
Thanks Nodge.

Land Rover, £106.16. If it needs fettling an extra £72.00 for the workshop laddies to sort it. That price is three days old.

Sorry to resurrect, all three of my brake lights have stopped working. 2001 Freelander Auto TD4. The reversing lights work, I believe they're on the same fuse. Does anyone have an idea what could be the cause.
Why do they call this day Good Friday?

Thanks chaps, I've obviously been doing something wrong as you have said. I thank you for the trouble you've taken.
Panic Over, Literally :)

Again, please forgive my numbness, is it the same for automatics. You see I saw a table somewhere that differentiated between the two.
