Defenders arent known to rot but if your greenlaning and off roading you may need to weld some bits. Also if your buying an old one it might have bits of rot, depends how well its been looked after

Im gonna say the disco, I love the defender and it is better for offroading but the disco is awesome for offroading and for everyday use. This poll is defenitaly lacking info though it would be better if it said what landrover is better off/on road...

It depends if you need a good family car - if so the Disco would be better with 7 seats although the RR would have more leg room. If you are planning to go off road I would probably say that the Disco is a little bit better but they are both awesome and if you are just going on the road then I...

Very unfortunate, but you were unlucky with the disco. You should go back to a disco 2 or 3, usually very reliable. :cool:

Has anyone else had the jack that comes with the D3 break? As i was lowering the car it strippedthe threads, lucky the wheel was on... I didnt think that it should just break like that since it is the one for it:confused:
