thanks for the info guys. it's such a tricky one, like you said there are so many different ones used by all the manufacturers it's hard to pin down the correct one. @Arctic2 if you could have a look when you get a chance I would be very grateful.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a replacement electrical connector that goes on to the low-pressure pump in the wheel arch for a FL1 2004 td4? looks like the previous owner has snipped it for some reason and used some really nasty crimp-on bits to bodge it.
