Mine does it all the time, it's just the pump circulating the fluid in the system to keep the pressure up until the valves open as the body starts to roll. Excess fluid is returned to the reservoir much like the diesel systems tank return.

The only person in the country who doesn't need a driving license to be able to drive I believe
