Hi again feel a bit of a numptie here but does anyone know how i remove the retaining clip from my air intake hose to throttle body not a jubilee clip looks like a metal band with ridges on any help be appreciated thanks :confused:

Hi searched everywhere does anyone know if there is a fuse for the hdc on a 1.8 petrol freelander w reg if there is anyone know which one my amber light on constant tried throttle position sensor, brake switch and still light is on oh checked wires to switch too does light need resetting :confused:

Well originally did stick at about three thousand rectified that by pressing pedal five times to reset now back to about 750 tickover could cable adjustment be the problem as its slack when idling been out today tc light now off so just hdc on again

I,ve changed the throttle sensor and now the tc orange light on too the brake switch i,ve got is just the two wires one so is it worth trying this

Hi not too sure where to post this but here goes got a w reg 1.8 petrol the engine was staying at about three thousand revs followed thread on here for resetting i.e pressing accelerator five times hurray it worked back to normal went out today hdc amber light now on constant are these related...
